The competition between Internet Service Providers has forced companies to provide superior tools with a fresh look and feel to their users. Quakenbush Design recently completed a long term consultation with the team responsible for EarthLink's Total Access software.

 
Mail Browser
EarthLink needed an E-mail browser that would work with existing code. The icons and window details tied the mail browser to the other tools the ISP planned to provide to it's 3 million+ customers.

The software installer wizard allowed us to have some fun with fonts and play off of the retro design the company had always used with their robot character 'blink'
Tour
Blink helped a live action host explain the concepts new users would need to take full advantage of EarthLink's suite of software.
